Part 3. CHANCERY MATTERS: When Church Documents Becomes Complicated

If there’s a Golden Rule that I will hold dear to my heart as a Wedding Coordinator, it’s that I NEVER ASSUME especially when it comes to Wedding Documents.

One is, majority of our clients Internationally-based, meaning they are either immigrants, Overseas Filipino Workers, Filipinos who decided to tie-the-knot with a foreigner – so that alone, I should really be extra careful. Because most likely this is a Chancery Matter and Documentation can be as they say in Filipino “madugo.”

Dealing with Chancery cases can be challenging, tricky but at same time very rewarding because personally, I able to help relieve the couple of this complications of the chancery matters.

Being a Wedding Coordinator, dealing with the chancery is already second-nature to me, and yes, I can proudly say this is my forte. While other Event companies focus on spectacle and number of guests, our edge as a coordinator is the wedding documents.

While we do have our fair share of Spectacular weddings including our International viral Cinderella Wedding Client . In terms of guests are most intimate wedding (2 people – bride and the groom) to a Wedding that reached 520 guests so far (Mayor Joseph and Genelyn Tan), to even had a Balesin Wedding, doing the documents is still our main forte.
